Duration: 12-20 Weeks
Compensation: SLV covers Supervisor’s placement fees as well as provide a weekly transport and food budget.

Commitment: The Supervisor work hour commitments are Monday-Friday, however supervisors may be required to assist Project Managers at weekends if necessary.
Job Role: The supervisor role has been designed to offer additional support for SLV Project Managers, Coordinators and Volunteers.
Supervisors will be required to;
• Assist SLV Project Managers on a daily basis
• Help to establish new volunteer projects
• Assist in creating volunteer timetables and project information packs
• Pastoral care for volunteers.
• Quality control at projects and homestays
It is essential that Supervisors are flexible and adaptable, as you may be dealing with stressful and often challenging situations which require you to think on your feet whilst working with other volunteers and members of the SLV team.
Supervisors must have experience working as part of a team either living, working or volunteering abroad. Relevant experience to at least one of the SLV Projects; teaching, mental health, working with children or people with specific needs is also required.
