8- Description of the farm (including type of farm, size, conditions, features, projects, activities): Small, family-owned permaculture farm on Ometepe island specializing in tropical fruit/plant production, adobe/earthbag/bamboo building, baking, cream cheese making and more… In a beautiful, peaceful location, on the shore of lake Nicaragua and continuing up the side of the Maderas volcano.
9- Main crops: mango, citrus, guava, banana, pineapple, passion fruit, guanabana, custard apple, coconut, papaya, moringa, hibiscus, malabar spinach, okra, sesame, basil, herbs, bamboo and much more.

11- Work needed from volunteers: (specific activities they might participate in) work includes care and maintenance of orchard and vegetable beds, planting, composting, may include building (by agreement), baking, cooking.
