Hi,
I am a UK citizen who is in the process of setting up a restaurant in Banos, Ecuador. (2 hours from Quito). A popular tourist town. It will be a sort of Nandos style restaurant aimed at the thousands of backpackers and travellers.
I would like to offer – “volunteer jobs” to gap year students
It would include –
2 month minimum work 6 nights a week in restaurant
Days off
Free staff accommodation
Free food and drink
Tips/gratuities can be kept by staff
Discount at local tourist attraction and national attractions – Galapagos etc.
5 hours a week option to perform voluntary work – with local indigenous communities (optional)
Opportunity to learn Barista, waitering skills
5 hours a week free Spanish lessons (optional)
Requirements
English speaker
Spanish speaker (preferable)
Any other languages
Experience would be highly valued
