As the first ever recycling centre in the reserve, this project is an excellent opportunity for you to make a serious contribution to protecting this fragile environment over the long term.
This is also a great opportunity to spend an extended period of time within a UNESCO World Heritage Site, living and working in the small fishing village of Punta Allen, accessed only by a 50km unpaved sandy road from Tulum.
On this holiday, your hard work and efforts will not be without reward as you join a 4-day tour of the region around Valladolid, visiting some of the highlights of the area such as Chichen Itza, probably the most famous Mayan ruin in the Yucatan Peninsula.
