Join our team on the beautiful coast of the Indian Ocean in the lively town of Mombasa, Kenya. Get involved in the work of a local children’s centre by contributing to important educational and community development initiatives. The city of Mombasa is the perfect setting to volunteer abroad and immerse yourself in the amazing continent of Africa.
Your focus will be on providing educational support and assistance aimed at improving literacy levels as well as raising environmental and social awareness. The centre itself provides free or affordable education to children from localities that have little or no income.
After three weeks volunteering on the project, your hard work will not be without its rewards. You will embark on a 4-day Kenyan safari, a world class opportunity to see some of Africa’s most iconic wildlife species up close and personal in their natural habitat.
