Video Interns Needed ASAP

Actuality Media will be producing a series of short videos for Ashoka Mexico & Central America highlighting their fellows in working various countries. We are looking for several interns to join us in a service-learning capacity and help produce these videos.

Beginning May 4th 2012, this internship will last for six weeks, and take you to Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Costa Rica. The first two weeks will be spent traveling and shooting material for twenty-five minute-long highlight videos, and a short documentary film telling the story of Ashoka Mexico & Central America. The interns will be working for a professional producer, director and cinematographer. The following four weeks will be spent in Quetzeltenango, Guatemala where the interns will serve as the primary editors, overseen by the producer and director. Each intern will earn professional project credits for each video they successfully complete.

You must be available to be on location between May 4th and June 17th 2012. The cost to participate in this internship opportunity is $2200 USD, which covers all your travel, living and food expenses over the six week period. Travel insurance will also be provided to each intern.
