PORTUGAL / Tipi Algarve
To be responsible for the day to day operational runnings of the cafe and bar, including all food preparation, cooking and serving guests who stay at our glamping Eco retreat. To ensure that the cafe and bar are functioning effectively and efficiently at the agreed opening times to service Tipi Algarve guests. Daily split shift approximately total 5 hours, up to 8 hours 3 days a week.
We need 2 people ( a couple or friends) from June 1st until September 14 2013 who have either a qualification, and/or minimum 1 years experience making vegetarian food in a cafe or restaurant environment.
You must be confident in working under pressure in an outdoor style fully equipped large camp kitchen. Ideally, creative chefs who are able to create great vegetarian home cooking using fruit and vegetables from our organic garden.
In return we offer free meals, a large comfortable double room with TV & DVDs, use of two bikes and a small monthly wage.
