ZAMBIA / Pro Chef Catering
I need a top chef to come and help me take over an existing, cool, buzzing restaurant in Lusaka, Zambia. You’ll need to be creative and hardworking with the skills to train my staff in all aspects of running a professional kitchen, including stock control and ordering.
I can negotiate salary depending on experience and qualifications and possibly provide accommodation for a the right person/couple. Contract should be for 1 or 2 months and I may be able to help with temporary work permit. There may be an opportunity for a more permanent position for the right person!
