Housekeeper/Cook – summer job
We are looking for someone (may suit couple) to come to Corfu this summer from mid-July until late August to help in our house – 4 minutes walk to sea tavernas etc).
We will provide:
A double bedroom with en suite facilities in little house (with small kitchenette) with own exit entrance not in main house. Covered veranda/terrace with private table and chairs.
Return flights
Use of rental car by arrangement
2 days off per week (Sunday and one other preferably not Saturday)
Time off during the day
Spending money with food allowance (200 euros per week with 50 euros contribution towards food) (if couple spending money 150 euros plus 50 euros food)
We need:
Someone to work 6 hours per day – 2 in the morning and 4 either around lunch or supper.
The duties will include:
Making bedrooms tidy and changing linen
Laundry
Shopping
Cooking
Cleaning inside and sweeping patios etc
Laying table for lunch/dinner
Preparation of lunch/dinner serving and clearing away afterwards.
Would suit independent person who is happy to work in a family environment but to use their own time looking around the island, swimming at the beach (4 mins walk), preparing their own food in kitchenette in their room.
