This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to build a career in an international, financial services, sales and consultancy environment. Based in Moscow, you will be working with one of the partners in the business. Initially the role will be to generate leads and set appointments, however, there is, the opportunity to develop the role into a full financial services consultancy position. You will be working with English expat or English speaking Russian clients – there is no requirement to speak Russian for this position.
You will be working with a Partner at one of the world’s largest independent international financial consultancies, who provide expert advice to expatriate clients and investors around the globe. The success of the business speaks for itself with over 60,000 active clients in over 100 different countries, who are gaining valuable advice from 400 consultants in 50 offices globally.
As a Lead Generator, you will be making outbound calls to potential expat clients, with the ultimate aim of securing an appointment for the consultant.
Your duties will include:
• Researching potential clients who may require personal financial planning
• Calling potential clients to offer the businesses services, with a view to arranging a meeting
• Achievement of sales targets
• Ensuring a low cancellation rate
The right candidate must;
• Have outbound sales/appointment setting experience and a proven track record
• Computer literate
• Be customer focused
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good telephone manner
• Must be willing to relocate to Moscow
Full training will be given along with help towards costs of moving to Russia. Salary consists of a basic salary – with an OTE of £40,000. Most successful employees within this role progress after 2 years into a role as a Financial Advisor with a significant increase in income.
