Six of the world’s fastest 10 growing economies are in Africa, and first amongst these is Ethiopia. However despite the progress this beautiful and culturally rich country still faces many economic and social challenges.
Link Ethiopia (www.linkethiopia.org/volunteering) is a well-established and highly respected charity dedicated to combating these challenges, and we’re delighted to be contacting you today about exciting opportunities we have available.
We have many years experience in providing rewarding and unforgettable teaching placements to students during summer holidays, gap years or career breaks.
These placements are requested by our partner Ethiopian schools and the Ethiopian government is encouraging us to expand them to more regions, so your students’ involvement is needed now more than ever before. As a not-for-profit organisation our volunteer placements reflect the cost of running the scheme and are therefore unrivalled in their affordability.
Volunteers receive support and guidance before and throughout the duration of their trip, and our feedback from previous volunteers has been overwhelmingly positive.
