Teaching in the Maldives is an incredibly rewarding experience, and we have islands up and down the country desperately needing qualified teachers and teacher trainers.
English is the second language of the Maldives, and is taught in all schools, however, and commercial hubs – however, much help is needed in the teaching of the language
Fully qualified or with TEFL or ESOL qualifications are in high demand for short term and long term projects, the islands really need your help to make a positive impact on the early learning years of the children. Most schools require teachers to assist with the junior age groups 6-10 years to ensure a good foundation level of the language is maintained.
