Middle Kingdom Teachers have contacts in schools and universities in Hunan Province, China, with many vacancies available for starting in either the upcoming spring term or next September. Prior teaching experience is not a necessity, but enthusiasm and creative energy are. So if you’re ready to leave the woes of the west behind and go on the journey of a lifetime, we’d be interested to hear from you today.
All the schools offer a decent monthly salary, a free apartment and reimbursed return airfare. Contracts are usually for a full academic year, including generous paid holiday over the summer. Meanwhile, there’ll be plenty of free time to try your hand at studying the Chinese language, as you’ll be teaching a maximum of 16-20 hours per week.
