We offer English Full-Immersion experiences and we run kids summer camps (7-16 years old). Counselors will be the ones in charge of exposing the children to English language through games, sports, theatre and plenty of activities.
The location of the volunteering work is in Northern Spain, in the beautiful region of Navarre.
Our ethos is easy-going and informal. These summer camps are meant to be fun for the kids as well as for the conselors. We highly welcome new ideas and if, for example, you are good at playing guitar or making masks, we would encourage you to develop those activities within our programme.
Requirements:
– Candidates should be young, or young at heart, and full of imagination and energy in order to meet the extraordinary demands of camp work.
– At least one year of of work on summer camps or summer schools and preferably some TEFL teaching experience.
– Experience of leadership.
– Experience of working in fast moving environment where stress levels can at times be very high.
– First class interpersonal skills, with ability to man-manage in a motivational and fair way which encourages staff to maintain high levels of performance.
Priorities in a high pressured environment.
– High energy levels and a young but responsible and mature outlook on life and work.
