Kaya Responsible Travel offer a variety of sports related programs worldwide that promote community development and health management. Sports can be used in developing countries as an essential tool to help teach youngsters about HIV, nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle. Sports also help to provide fun and valuable distraction from the children’s everyday lives and can act as an invaluable priceless educational tool.
No particular qualifications are required but experience in sports or physical sciences or coaching would be beneficial.
We offer sports coaching projects in Swaziland, Zambia, Bolivia and South Africa. We also take volunteers to work on a sports camp in Jaipur, India which helps young, disadvantaged children to have something fun to focus on and excel at. Not only do volunteers get to spend their days doing what they’re passionate about, but they get to explore fantastic locations in their spare time. Joining us couldn’t be easier.
Placement fees apply, but project fees include; Accommodation, Airport pick ups, Food, Orientation and 24h support.
