Job Description
To set up a speech and communication clinic for the employer
To be responsible in meeting the communication needs of the Centre’s students and clients
To conduct assessment and develop individualised intervention plans for students and clients needing service
To work collaboratively with a multi-professional team to secure tangible outcomes for students and clients
To conduct and organise orientation, seminars, educational talks,in-service training and rehabilitation workshops for parents, caregivers, volunteers, teachers and staff
Where directed, to serve such clients that the employer may direct and provide such other professional service deemed necessary by the employer
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech & Language Therapy
Strong interest in language therapy and enjoy working with people with autism
Good communication skills and experience in administering standardized assessments.
Experience in providing school-based speech therapy services.
Experience in working with autistic spectrum disorders will be an advantage
