Looking for a Michelin Star Sous Chef, experience in Michelin Star mandatory, experience in modern cooking and French cooking technique, creative. Able to create a daily Michelin star menu (5 dishes menu). Good managing skill of different nationalities, knowledge in health and Safety, medium level of English. Be able to create and work with strict diet requirement (gluten free, no alcohol, no pork, etc). Able to cook different dishes for different family members. Party, banquette, wedding…. Available immediately.
We offer a single package salary (2 bedroom flat, (bill included), car and petrol, mobile phone and credit) and salary between 2000-2500 net a month (depending experience).
