Young aspirational team require sous chef to help with ever increasing levels of business, especially since winning Kent’s Best Dining Pub of the Year 2014.
What we do:
• Country Restaurant & Pub (Average covers 40-60 week days, 150 weekends)
• Bespoke Weddings approx. 60 per year
• Functions and Events
• 4* Accommodation for 50 guests
How we do it:
• With our own Beef, Lamb & Game from our farm
• Seasonal goodies from our kitchen garden
• Everything homemade and seasonally changing menus
• Training opportunities at Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall’s River Cottage HQ
Quality employer and working conditions, competitive salary and shared tips. 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) We also close from Xmas to NYE. Average 50 hours per week to include weekends. Usually split shifts on week days, and 2 days off per week. Country location – car/license necessary (no public transport for 7 miles).

Salary=£21K p/a.
