Volunteer For A Ticket At Smaller UK Music Festivals

During the summer months, the UK becomes the music festival capital of the world. Every weekend sees artists and acts performing at large and small events around the country. Seeing bands live at a festival can become an expensive pursuit but one guaranteed way to save money is to work for your ticket.

Along with a free ticket, volunteers are usually provided with at least one free meal and tented accommodation. Another benefit is gaining experience in event management and the music industry.

Most of the larger festivals now source out their volunteer recruitment to third parties, including Oxfam, but the three smaller festivals we list below all recruit directly.
