I am currently looking for a Senior Chef de Partie for this multi award winning hotel & restaurant. As Senior Chef de Partie you will be part of the highly talented team, working to extremely high standards.
As Senior Chef de Partie you will have recent fine dining experience to a rosette level. You will be responsible to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and will actively help to bring on the Chef de Parties and Commis chefs working under you.
As Senior Chef de Partie you must work well under pressure and want to progress in your career, you will have a real passion and flair for cooking.
I am also interested in hearing from Chef de Parties who feel they are ready to make the step up to Senior Chef de Partie.
