Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Establishment: 1 Michelin star and four rosettes
Average Covers: 60+ lunch and 90+ for dinner
Cuisine: modern European with an Asian influence
Brigade: 25+ within main kitchen and 5 in pastry
Location: Mayfair (Central & Jubilee Lines)
Salary: 24,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 5 days per week – double shifts
Last orders: 11:00pm
