Our home is located in Tres Rios de Osa. The kitchen includes a large island with a double sink, custom wood cabinets, modern appliances, and granite countertops. The two level wraparound bar also has a sink. If you love to cook, you will love this kitchen. The master bedroom suite is three rooms and includes a luxurious walk-in closet. There is a large carport – you will need a 4×4.
Our location is 35 mins from the airport at Palmar Sur, in the beautiful Southern Pacific Zone of Costa Rica. The panoramic ocean view of over 120 degrees encompasses the Sierpe River delta, historic Caño Island, and the San Buenas Golf Resort. Beautiful sunsets and spectacular vistas of mountain and jungle complete this exceptionally private and tranquil setting. Our home is located in a remote and rather secluded location, about 15-20 minutes’ drive on a mountainous dirt road.
The house is currently for sale. Sitters would need to be available to show the house to prospective purchasers and have the house clean and tidy for showings.
