Sales Managers & Assistants Managers
We are looking for experienced sales managers with a proven track record of success. Sales managers that can drive sales, control costs, manage inventory and deliver profits. A successful candidate would need to have excellent people skills and have the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to success, while delivering superior customer service.
Experience and skills required
• Minimum 2 years management experience in retail jewellery, general and luxury goods. Minimum 1 year Ship onboard experience (2000 PAX and higher)
• Have great leadership and people skills
• Be outgoing with a lust for life
• Analytical and able to sales manage
• Capable of managing inventory, shrink and control costs
