Candidates must be in Rio de Janeiro already or have definite plans to relocate already in motion.
Sales:
• Full client facing role from initial contact responding to a client inquiry through the sales process and extending to after sales service.
• Having complete control over the creation and pricing of your specific client itineraries.
• Taking control of every aspect of your specific client accounts from issuing invoices to liaising with the Operations team and ensuring all the client’s requirements are met.
• Helping identify sales process improvements and initiating their implementation.
PR & Marketing
• Liaising on PR activities on a weekly basis and feeding through new, interesting and exciting elements of our product to help drive PR
• Being one of our points of contact for the PR team as a ‘go to’ person for information — this can be quite fast paced with deadlines for pictures and editorial.
• Improving and developing our product offering on online sales hubs
Product Development:
• Continuously helping to improve our offerings through a variety of creative processes and setting tasks for the Operations team to help improve the experience for our clients.
• Going on a number of research trips to new and existing locations o help improve and extend the locations used.
The candidate should be:
• Fluent in English
• Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus but not a pre-requisite
• Experienced with sales
• Have a base knowledge of and definite enthusiasm for all things South America!
• Self-motivated
• Used to or excited by working in a small company environment
• Detail oriented with advanced knowledge of the MS Office Package
