Corporate events company, established for 6 years with an excellent reputation and big growth plans for 2013.
We run high-level conferences for executives around Europe and beyond; we are well-established in the field of HR and are also expanding into other sectors.
Currently looking for professional, driven sales executives to join a small but growing team in a newly-acquired office in central Barcelona.
Your job will involve:
– Researching and generating leads from various sources online and over the phone
– Contacting directors, senior managers and other executives in companies around Europe (all in English)
– Use of phone and email as well as Outlook, Excel and the internet
– Explaining the conference, building professional relationships
– Generating sales of tickets to the conference
– Building a set of good clients and key accounts to manage
Skills and experience required:
– Native English-speaker, or extremely high level as a second language
– Professional attitude
– Experience in speaking to business people at a high level
– Proven ability to close deals with minimal supervision
– Creative thinking and an awareness of the economic situation, to better target your own research
We will offer the right candidates:
– Basic monthly salary
– Uncapped commission, on a scale up to 30% depending on volume of business you bring in
– Regular bonuses and incentives for top performers
– Assistance in finding accommodation and settling in the city, if necessary
If you are on target, you will make around 2,000€ a month. A good salesperson can make several thousand Euros in a month.

We will do everything we can to help you settle in; speaking Spanish is not needed and there is a good expat scene in the city to welcome you.
