Experienced and enthusiastic manager/ess wanted for season (May-October) to run a highly regarded restaurant in an enviable location on a Greek holiday island.
This role will suit a young restauranteur with the energy and drive to make their mark. Duties will include management of staff and suppliers, front of house/maitre’d as well as book-keeping.
You will have the maturity and self-discipline to represent the owners and to maintain the high standards for which this well-known and loved restaurant is known. Competitive salary and benefits will be offered to the right individual. Fluency in English and Greek highly desirable.
