As the Ski Armadillo Resort Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our in resort team during the winter season, along with all administration and financial reconciliation. You will be overseeing the rest of your management team to ensure the catering, driver service and hospitality is provided to Ski Armadillo’s high standards. We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in customer service and hospitality roles, along with a very keen eye for detail and organisation. The Resort Manager role is extremely varied – you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the resort operations. This involves everything from visiting guests during their stay, to team management and communicating with the UK office regarding budgets, guest information and all other operations.
Candidates will be motivated and hard-working, with strong administration skills. We are looking for outgoing and inspiring individuals who can remain calm under pressure and love meeting new people. • Extensive experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience of working in a pressured environment.
• Experience managing your own team.
• Strong computer skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Clean driving license.
• Good accounting skills.
• Basic human resources knowledge and training skills.
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• An ability to speak French.
• Previous seasonal experience essential.
