KPI Staffing are URGENTLY looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant for a Role based in Nairobi, Kenya.
The Ideal Candidate will need to have experience in one of the following:
Unified Communications/Contact Centre/IP Telephony data products.
Experience with Avaya or Nortel Products would be advantageous.
The Presales Consultant will be responsible for teh following:
_Provide technical support to the Sales team.
_Understand customer needs in order to translate them into solutions
_Identify, analyse abd resolve complex problems with business communication systems.
_Present technical issues to Clients along with solutions.
3+ Years experience in IT Presales is essential
