We are a couple looking for a house and pet sitter for our two dogs, and lakefront home during times we are away this spring and summer.
We have two friendly dogs (a one year old schnoodle and a 5 year old beagle). The dogs have an invisible fence around our property so do not need to be walked, but they like lots of attention.
We are looking for someone to look after our pets and home, and water the garden if needed, while we are away. We would like someone who would be home with them much of the time.
What responsibilities are required of house sitter?
Feeding and caring for the pets, and keeping our house well maintained while we are away.
Features of the property and location
We live in a lakefront home on Smith Mountain Lake and have beautiful views of the water and mountain. We are near the State Park which has walking trails, etc. Our home has cable and wifi. The location is semi-rural, with a few restaurants and shops within a 20 minute drive.
