Internship Description:

Areas of study: Turismo, Lenguas Extranjeras Aplicadas, Comercio
Work experience: No se requiere
Level of languages: Español e inglés buen nivel, se valora el francés
IT Skills: Paquete office
Other: compulsory to be able to sign an internship / placement agreement with your university
EU-country passport (not just a residence permit)
Objective – Responsibilities:
Se busca un estudiante polivalente, que apoye al departamento de reservas, recepción y Revenue, será formado y apoyará a las siguientes tareas:
– Atención telefónica clientes – nacional e internacional;
– Ordenar y clasificar reservas;
– Introducir reservas en el sistema;
– Introducir rooming list en el sistema;
– Enviar información y precios reservas;
– Gestionar control de reclamos;
– Revenue Management;
– Apoyo a recepción;
– Estudio de la competencia;
– Colaborar en las tareas de Control interno y auditoria.
