The Missionvale Care Center, located in Port Elizabeth, South Africa was set up to provide care and support to this poor community. The people can visit the medical clinic for check-ups and care. This is very important since many people have HIV/Aids or tuberculosis and need help on a regular basis.
Besides helping out in the clinic you can also join the caregivers of Missionvale. They visit people at home in the townships for basic medical care and really need your help! The caregivers dress wounds, educate new mothers and people infected with HIV/Aids and talk with the people to comfort them.
