Position: RGN or RMN – Nurse
Salary: £14.00 – £15.00/hr (Negotiable)
Contract: Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an RGN or RMN nurse to work for a highly regarded luxury care home organisation that is renowned for delivering excellent levels of care.
The home is a 75 bedded care centre which employs both RGN and RMN nurses and offers services such as residential, general nursing, respite and palliative care. The home is situated in tranquil countryside in the county of Kent.
Although relevant Care Home experience would be of distinct advantage, we are also keen to receive applications from RGN or RMN nurses who may be looking for a new direction in their career with a passion for working in a highly rewarding and patient centred care environment. If you have a desire to care for the elderly and to build close knit relationships with their families then we welcome your application.
All applicants must be nurse qualified (RGN or RMN), hold an NMC Pin, be able to prove their eligibility to work in the U.K.
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
• A valid NMC Pin registration
• The relevant Nurse qualification required for this post i.e. RGN or RMN
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
• The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families and visitors
• Promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes within the home
• Eligibility to work within the U.K.
