Maritz Research is looking to recruit articulate, client focused Telephone Interviewers to work 12.30pm to 7.30pm/1.30pm to 8.30pm shifts on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on some Saturdays in our friendly telephone centre, based in the Farringdon area of Central London.
Successful candidates must speak the following languages as their first language – Afrikaans, Norwegian, Dutch, Flemish and Spanish(Catalan) and must have a confident and professional telephone manner, with a can-do attitude. Applicants should also have great communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience is preferred, but not necessary as full training is provided. Interviewers must be available for a minimum of three shifts per week.
If you are successful, your role as a telephone interviewer will involve carrying out customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of our clients and there is NO selling involved. There will be an immediate start for successful applicants.
Pay rate starts at £7.75 and can go up to £8.40 per hour
