Hello,
I own an amazing area of land just 25 minutes south of the vibrant Brazilian resort of Ponta Negra, Natal, Brazil.
My 75.000m2 plot boarders a 30 square kilometer fresh Water Lake named Lagoa do Bonfim. I already have planning permission to build an Eco Friendly 182 plot chalet park which is currently on hold.

The beach area of my land is probably the best on the entire lake and I am planning to launch a Private Beach Club & Sports Park offering all types of beach and water sports activities as well as food, drink and entertainment towards the end of this year.
In addition, I am also planning to build at least twenty or so timber beach chalets, Beach Pods, to accommodate guests particularly leading up to and during the World Cup 2014 games, Natal being a host city of the World Cup 2014.
This project is still very much “work in progress” and I would be grateful to volunteers that could help out in all sorts of ways including: Marketing, gardening, carpentry, painting, maintenance, cooking, cleaning.
An experienced Sports monitor would also be invaluable to supervise and promote Beach Tennis and Volleyball tournaments, Kite surfing, Zip wires and a whole host of other sporting activities.
In addition to part time volunteers I will also require a permanent chef and possibly a Manager/Partner to run the whole show. Much of my time is spent in Malaga, Southern Spain, on a similar project which I am hoping to launch very soon where I also require volunteers and a Manager/Partner. www.myranch.es
Please note that due to financial constraints I am unable to provide travel expenses or salaries in the short term. However, I can provide good accommodation and food in return for part time help.
