MOROCCO / Dar Finn
We are looking for a Manager to join the team of our boutique hotel Dar Finn. Please send us a full resume with letter of application. 1st interview via skype call and then the successful shortlisted applicant will join us for a stay at Dar Finn to complete the interview process.
Front of House and Management skills:
• Experience in managing or assisting in the management of a small business in tourism or hospitality
• Ability to deliver a high standard of customer service within a relaxed and homely environment.
• An exemplary attention to detail and understanding of high quality service.
• Have good organizational skills and experience in managing a small team.
• Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and calm manner.
• Excellent customer service skills and guest interaction.
• Fluent English is essential and good spoken French required.
Staff management.
• Experience in the management of a small local team, French is essential for this.
• Pay salaries and maintain staff holiday, sick and payment ledgers.
Financial and booking systems management.
• Experience with quick books accounts or similar and google docs and scheduling diaries.
• Excellent logistic skills.
• Working with a French speaking accountant and able to balance books and provide quarterly reports.

There will be continuing support for our successful candidate during the 2-3 months training period and then after with management meetings and budget meetings scheduled throughout the year.
Package:
• Up to 2 months training
• Annual travel allowance of 300Euro
• Work hours relate to the demands of the Guest house and working through the high and low season with 20days paid holiday a year.
• Salary 10,000dhs per month with accommodation and bills included.
