“Castle Zaman” is a beautiful castle perched above a private beach on the Sinai coast of Egypt. The castle is one of the most successful day-use venues in the stunning Gulf of Aqaba. Zaman hosts a unique slow-food restaurant, bar, mini spa and pool. All staff members are committed to the success of the business and are flexible team players.
The castle is located in a secluded area. It is important that the candidate possesses a compatible character that enjoys nature and the outdoors, far away from big cities.
Your role will include all aspects of bar work: beverage preparation and serving drinks, serving food, bar opening and closing, supervising cleaning, cash handling, ordering, stocking control, inventory, accounts…etc.
A fluent command of both written and spoken English is a must. Basic Arabic is always a plus.
