Brighton is looking for an enthusiastic kindergarten teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. You will plan, implement and assess lessons and you will teach children with patience and creativity.

Duties include:
• Developing and following complete lessons plans.
• Meeting the individual needs of the children.
• Teach alphabet, numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills.
• Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
• Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Assessing students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis.
• Monitoring children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.
• Maintaining an open line of communication with parents regularly.
• Participate in staff and training meetings.
• Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
• Building teamwork.
• Using assessment tools.
• Committing to continuing education.
• Following and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.

Successful candidates must:
• Have excellent English proficiency & communication skills
• Have a relevant degree with Early Childhood Education certification or SPED training background
• Have at least 1 year of Early Childhood teaching experience
• Be willing and able to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Enthusiastic teacher who loves helping young learners to learn

Package includes monthly basic of US$800, paid leave, visas, induction and orientation programmes (including basic teaching) and airfare reimbursement.
