Sansara Resort located in stunning Cambutal, Panama is looking for professional surf instructors for the 2021/22 summer season. The Position starts in October/November and while the high season runs until the end of May, there is an option to extend beyond.
For the surf instructor role, we are looking for someone who is energetic, charismatic, responsible, and reliable to teach the Sansara approach to surfing. This is approach involves teaching a holistic style of supportive assisted coaching and teaching both in and out of the water. The ideal candidate is mindful, compassionate, and fun, and also someone who is also excited to be part of the beach lifestyle and other activities we organize at Sansara.
