MEDITERRANEAN / @ Yotspot
Cabin sharing (chef must expect to be in either 4 berth- or 2 berth cabin. We are currently looking for a Second Chef (male due to cabin arrangements) to join a large (100M+) private motor yacht.
The ideal candidate has yachting experience/ cruise liners or high- end land based hospitality (fine dining, large events such as hotels, weddings, conferences etc) is a must. The candidate will be part of the Galley team and cooking with me for Guest.
The candidate will be responsible for all cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner for Guest. Must have experience with buffet, plated, room service and feel confident to work with Sous Vide.
