As Junior Pastry Sous of this busy venue you will be assisting managing a large team, while developing exciting menu offerings & experiences for clientele in both their restaurant & the extremely busy online dessert delivery platform!

For this Junior Pastry Sous position we are targeting those with at least 3 yrs experience within a similar recognised brand.
