Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, education or related field
• Excellent knowledge of child development, HighScope, and latest education theories and practices
• Patience and flexibility
Responsibilities
• Organize learning materials and resources
• Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
• Assess students’ performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis
• Adhere to all health and hygiene practices at all times
• Maintain the communication with parents and provide appropriate information
The successful applicant will receive a minimum monthly salary of 45,000 Baht and health insurance.
