As Head Waiter/ress you will be responsible to effectively manage the daily operations of the service operations while providing the support, training and guidance to the employees in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.You will oversee the implementation of standards as per policy & procedure and manage operations ensuring the highest quality and standard.
