We’re looking for two self employed customer support specialists to join our fight to make the world less boring.
We’re an adventure company based in Bristol, UK. We run overland adventures including the Mongol Rally, Rickshaw Run and Monkey Run. We believe proper adventure can only be found when you make life difficult for yourself, like driving a tuk tuk over the Himalayas or forcing a tiny Monkey Bike through the Amazon jungle.
You don’t need to have done any of our adventures before but we’d definitely like to see applications from people who are genuinely interested in adventure and travel.
Ultimately we’ll be looking for excellent judgement. We’ve got great systems in place and you’ll be helping us improve them, but we don’t rely on automatic responses or endless templates, we answer our customers as real human beings.
