BUDGET RESEARCH COORDINATOR
Job Duties
• Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
• Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports.
• Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
• Match appropriations for specific programs with appropriations for broader programs, including items for emergency funds.
• Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
• Seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits.
• Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
Requirements
• Active enrollment at college/university or Working towards Bachelor’s degree or MBA in one of the majors and/or MBA programs – Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Finance, HR, Marketing.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Fluent in English.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team
• Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

URGENT INTERIOR DESIGNER
Duties
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
• Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
Requirement –
• Must have degree, HND and related certificate in the subject field.
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated and a team player
• Dedicated and ability to work under pressure.
FINANCIAL ENGINEERING INTERNSHIP
Job Responsibilities –
• Assess the computing needs and system requirements by consulting with users, management, technicians, and vendors
• Coordinate with the department heads, supervisors, and managers to solicit cooperation and resolve the problems
• Reviewing of project plans to coordinate project activity and further develop project goals, policies, and procedures
• Evaluating the organization’s technology use, thus recommending improvements in software applications and hardware instruments
• Evaluating the data processing proposals and assessing the project feasibility and requirements
• Other related task

• Bachelor degree is required (financial engineering, maths, economics, physics, and computer science)
