Company Profile: Our HR Agency was founded end of 2006, we are a small agency with Chinese and European staff members. We are offering different packages for Chinese and Foreign Employees: For Foreign students coming to China we developed a business model which consists of four main pillars. 1. Our main mission is to provide people from all over the world with the opportunity to gain an insight in Chinese working environment by completing an internship in China. 2. Further on we believe that you should have the opportunity to get in touch with the culture of the Country you are visiting. That is why we offer an unique possibility of accommodation: The ‘home stay’ in a Chinese family. 3. Since the language is an essential part of the Chinese Culture, we also offer Chinese Classes. 4. Finally, we want to give you the opportunity to get a deeper insight in Chinese Traditions and Customs. We offer you rich variety of cultural activities, e.g. to learn to cook Chinese food or learn martial arts. Internship Description:
* Support our sales activities by contacting educational institutions in China and all over the world
* Various project available in HR project management, sales, marketing, design, IT (web design and SEO) etc.
* Find new ways of finding clients and develop existing channels (e.g. job online database, job fairs etc.)
* Support promotion activities in China with regular company visits and attending networking events
* Content Management of our websites
Requirements:
* Articulate. A second language would be a big advantage but knowledge of Chinese is not necessary
* good communicator
* good organization skills
* energetic, diligent, positive
* willing to work in a small team and ability to work under pressure
Salary, benefits: 200 RMB/month + commission for finding new clients
Place of internship: Qingdao, China
Duration of internship: between 3-6 months
Starting date: asap (constant offer)
