Internship Description: Food and Beverage (F&B) Internship
• Supporting the F&B team with daily tasks and routines
• Welcoming and Serving Guests
• Support the HR team in training & staff development (only in F&B)
• Ideas for improvement of service quality
Requirements:
• University student, major in Hotel/Tourism Management/Hospitality/Gastronomy or related fields
• related work-experience preferred
• Fluent English
• any other European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish etc.) is a plus
• basic knowledge of Chinese language is a plus
• outgoing and communicative
• able to work independently
• good team-player
• Very good understanding of Western Service mentality
• High motivation to get hands-on experience
• Willingness to work at weekends and evenings
• Good understanding of customer’s needs in luxury brand industry
• Ability to adapt to a Western-Chinese team
• Internship duration: 3-6 months, also half-day possible
