A well-established company in the Spanish property and leisure industry is seeking an experienced and proactive International Property Sales Consultant with a proven sales background to be based within the Almanzora region of Almeria, south east Spain.
The successful applicant will create their own leads and manage those generated from the company’s marketing activity at their golf, family and leisure resort, Desert Springs, Beach and Village Life developments at Playa Marques and Villaricos.
Your role will involve qualifying and developing the client’s enquiry from the point of initial contact, through the sales process to their closure. You will arrange inspection visits, and conduct the prospective purchaser through the total sales process, to the handover of the completed property. You will deal with a diverse range of clients, on a global scale including, professional property investors, high net worth individuals, through to professional sports people.
You will build your own database of clients for which you will take responsibility and be accountable for converting and progressing on a daily basis, with added support from our experienced company directors.

You must have the level of drive required to succeed in the industry and will receive a competitive package as well as the commission levels you would expect from achieving a high volume of sales.

3 years sales experience in the overseas property industry although candidates with strong sales skills from other backgrounds can apply. Valid driving licence. Spanish is advantageous.
