Your Challenge
You will be representing the world’s number one IT company. Some of your daily tasks will include:
First contact with the client, through phone, chat or email for office cloud application.
Identify the clients’ needs
Actively offer latest offers and inform clients about latest campaigns
Ensure respectable waiting times for all customers
Offer support in all individual matters
Work in a team to meet deadlines and targets
Your Resume
Fluency in English (C2)
Keen interest in fashion and an eye for detail
Previous experience within a contact centre environment would be desired
Great communication skills
Ability to work to targets and deadlines
IT literate
Ability to work in a team
