The salary offered is 8000-10000 CNY (RMB) per month and is more than enough to live a healthy lifestyle in Guangzhou.
You’ll not need any teaching experience for this role, however you’ll need a fun and out-going personality to be accepted. This role includes extensive and in-depth training to fully support you into your new job.
Guangzhou is a city you’ll quickly love, with the modern and incredibly developed Zhujiang new town center with Parks in every corner of the city – In addition, shopping is plentiful and the underground metro is an excellent, clean and efficient form of transportation across the city. If you’re looking to save cash, living on a budget in Guangzhou is possible. If you’re living conservatively, you can save 5000-6000RMB per month on a standard salary.
The teaching involves following a set curriculum and teaching English through activities, games and child development. As a teacher you’ll be required to help children speak and enjoy English learning.
We’re welcoming candidates from Native English speaking countries, Europe and South America as well. You will not need a degree for this role either but a native English or near native English accent is required.
The working Schedule is 5x days per week, with Monday and Tuesday free. You’ll generally have 20-25 hours teaching per week with the other additional time scheduled for completing reports, planning and development of your syllabus.
Accommodation is easy to find although not included in this contract. You’ll have the freedom to choose an apartment to match your budget or requirements, alternatively it’s easy to find affordable places to live on Guangzhou Stuff classifieds there are house-share options costing around 1000-1500RMB per month.
