Opportunity to manage and share in the profits of a small but prestigious hotel in the Rhodope Mountains National Park, Bulgaria. Previous guests included presidents and film stars. Absolutely stunning location in wild and wonderful countryside only 25 miles from top skiing resort. This area has the last bears and wolves living wild in Europe and boasts more species of wildlife that almost any other region on the continent.

Hotel not trading at present but is almost ready to open it’s doors. Successful applicant would be in full day to day charge of the business and responsible for hiring staff as required, upkeep of the building, keeping records and most importantly welfare of guests. Year round potential with skiing and other winter sports, trekking, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing, hunting and more in the long, gorgeous summer.

Full board and lodging for manager(s) and a share of the profits. Ideally suited to a couple. Hotel, catering, people management, business experience desirable. Aptitude for foreign languages extremely useful. A taste for adventure and ability to surmount unforeseen problems an absolute must. Enthusiasm and ideas welcomed as the potential for extra business is very great.

Applicants would be living in Bulgaria which, if you have never visited it, can be a culture shock. Every day is an adventure and if it gets into your blood will make you fall in love with the place. There is no other country like it with freedom and low taxation like most countries have not experienced for a century and a climate that ranges from Alpine to Mediterranean. This job is only for the adventurous.
